Aadil is an Assistant Planner at Nexus Planning, supporting a range of residential, strategic land and regeneration projects. He assists clients throughout the planning process, including planning statements, site appraisals, application strategies, policy research and the coordination of technical inputs.

Aadil joined Nexus Planning as an Assistant Planner in April 2025. In his current role, he supports senior colleagues and clients across a variety of planning projects, from early site appraisals and policy research through to planning strategy and the preparation of planning applications.

He is also involved in coordinating consultant inputs and helping to progress applications through the planning process, from initial advice through to submission and determination.

Before joining Nexus Planning, Aadil worked at Tor&Co as a Graduate Planner, where he primarily supported renewable energy and commercial planning projects, alongside residential work. His experience included planning appraisals, planning statements and application submissions.

Aadil’s experience is predominantly focused in the West Midlands, although he has also supported projects in Merseyside, Buckinghamshire and the wider South East. He is currently working towards Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute, following completion of the academic component of his MSc degree apprenticeship in Town Planning at the University of Birmingham.
