Keshni is a Planner with experience across regeneration, later living, residential, education and mixed-use projects.

Keshni joined Nexus Planning in 2024 and supports clients through the planning process, assisting with planning applications, project management and the coordination of multidisciplinary consultant teams.

She has a strong interest in creating sustainable and liveable communities, supported by a background in International Planning and Sustainable Development.

Before joining Nexus, Keshni worked within Development Management and Planning Enforcement roles in the public sector. This has given her a strong understanding of local authority decision-making processes and the practical application of planning policy.

Keshni is based in the London office and has worked on projects across the UK, including close collaboration with the Reading office. Her clients have included Kedleston Limited, The Salvation Army and GDST. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
