Katherine is Commercial Manager at Nexus and has worked within the planning and property sector since 2008.

Katherine joined Nexus Planning in 2022. She is responsible for the efficient commercial and operational management of the business, helping to maintain internal systems, processes and company-wide coordination.

Her role supports financial performance and operational efficiency across the business, including the management of internal processes, procedures and the Business Management System.

Katherine managed the introduction of Nexus’ new Business Management System in 2023, working with colleagues to oversee a successful data migration exercise and smooth implementation, including the rollout of a training programme for the whole business.

Her experience includes project, office and administrative management, Executive Team and Board level support, operational coordination, planning team support and EIA coordination.
