Jack is an Associate Director with more than 10 years’ experience advising on residential, regeneration and strategic land projects across the UK.
Jack joined Nexus Planning in 2022. He manages multi-disciplinary teams to promote sites and secure planning permissions for a wide range of developments, including strategic residential schemes, reserved matters applications, regeneration projects and employment developments.
He has particular experience advising on both immediate and strategic land opportunities for developers, land promoters and housing providers.
Jack’s experience is wide-ranging and includes residential, education, sport and leisure, wider urban regeneration, industrial and logistics schemes.
Before joining Nexus, Jack held both consultancy and client-side planning roles at Ainscough Strategic Land, Turley and Crowley Associates. His clients include Places for People, Vistry, RPG, Croudace Homes and Onward Homes. Jack has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2018.
