Adrian is a qualified architect and town planner with over 30 years’ development experience across planning, urban design and complex project delivery.

Adrian has worked with Nexus Planning since the business was established in 2013. He now works part-time for a limited number of long-term clients, managing planning and urban design projects.

He advises clients on planning issues, coordinates the preparation of planning applications and works with a range of associated sub-consultants. Adrian also manages public consultation exercises.

His architecture and design background, combined with a strong understanding of market realities, enables him to analyse and resolve development issues on complex sites.

Adrian has secured beneficial planning permissions for public and private sector clients. His project experience includes Stamford West, St Ann’s Hospital in Haringey, Salfords Custody Suite in Reigate and Drayton Garden Village in Uxbridge. His current clients include AW Champion and Pangbourne Beaver Properties Ltd.
