Monika is Senior Finance Manager at Nexus, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in financial accounting and finance management.
Monika joined Nexus Planning in March 2026 and is responsible for leading the transition of the company’s finance function to a fully in-house operation.
Her role includes overseeing day-to-day finance operations, establishing robust financial systems and processes, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Monika has comprehensive experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, payroll, cash flow management and process improvement.
She has managed end-to-end finance operations for UK entities, strengthened internal controls and supported complex, fast-paced business environments. Monika is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Association of Accounting Technicians.
