Elisabeth is an Associate Director with extensive experience advising on planning strategy, land promotion and development management projects across the UK.

Elisabeth joined Nexus Planning in 2025 from CBRE, where she worked across the Midlands and South West and advised on a broad range of residential, education, regeneration and infrastructure projects.

She works with public and private sector clients on planning strategies, Local Plan representations and the preparation, management and coordination of major and minor planning applications.

Her experience includes advising residential developers, education providers and infrastructure clients on projects ranging from strategic land promotion through to detailed reserved matters submissions. Elisabeth has also supported planning appeals and estate-wide planning strategies.

Elisabeth is an award-winning planning consultant, having received the WeAreTheCity Rising Star Award in 2020 and the Midlands PROPS Rising Star Award in 2023. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, an RTPI APC Assessor and a member of the Women in Planning National Mentoring Committee.
