Daniel is an Associate specialising in strategic land promotion, planning strategy and major residential and mixed-use development.

Daniel joined Nexus Planning in 2025 and advises developers, housebuilders, land promoters, estates and private clients across the South East and Home Counties.

His work includes managing strategic and medium-scale planning applications, preparing planning strategies, coordinating planning appeals and promoting sites through Local and Neighbourhood Plan processes.

Daniel also has expertise in Green Belt and Grey Belt matters, housing land supply, affordable housing needs and strategic site promotion.

Before joining Nexus, Daniel worked within planning policy teams at Surrey local authorities, giving him valuable insight into both public and private sector planning processes. He has advised clients including Berkeley, Croudace, Gleeson, Hawridge Strategic Land, RPG and Blenheim Strategic Partners. Daniel is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
