Daniel is a Director and manages the Reserved Matters sector team, with significant experience securing reserved matters approvals and managing the post-outline planning process.

Daniel joined Nexus Planning in January 2022. He advises clients on planning strategy, reserved matters applications and the discharge of planning conditions, with particular experience supporting housebuilders and master developers.

His work focuses on the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments, including multi-phase schemes across the South West and South East.

Daniel works closely with consultant teams, local planning authorities and clients to help coordinate the consenting process and maintain programme delivery, from the grant of outline permission through to implementation.

Before joining Nexus, Daniel worked at Rapleys, Walsingham Planning, Ian Jewson Planning and RPS. He has advised clients including Vistry Homes, Crest Nicholson and Lands Improvement Holdings, and has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2009.
