Tony is an Executive Director and leads the Reserved Matters sector team across the business.

Tony has more than 30 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, specialising in residential planning and advising national and regional housebuilders, developers and public sector organisations throughout the country.

He joined Nexus Planning in 2021 to establish the South West office in Bristol, which has since grown into a team of 12.

Tony is highly experienced in strategic land promotion, planning applications, reserved matters and the delivery of major residential developments. He also acts as an expert witness at planning inquiries and Local Plan examinations.

Before joining Nexus, Tony held senior leadership roles at Rapleys LLP, GL Hearn, RPS and the Development Planning Partnership. Earlier in his career, he worked in development management and planning policy roles within local authorities in the Midlands and South East. He has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1997.
