Dom is a Principal Planner specialising in strategic residential development and site promotion work across the South West.

Dom joined Nexus Planning in 2025 following four years at Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, where he worked as a Strategic Planner for the housebuilder.

He advises on major outline planning applications, Local Plan representations and the promotion of strategic land through the planning process.

Dom’s experience includes managing outline planning applications for major residential-led schemes, preparing representations to Local Plan and neighbourhood plan consultations, and supporting public consultation exercises.

He works closely with clients and consultant teams to coordinate planning strategies and progress projects through the application and promotion process. Dom advises developer and landowner clients including Hallam Land and Persimmon Homes, and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
