Jessica is a Chartered Town Planner with experience across both the public and private sectors, specialising in strategic planning and development management.

Jessica joined Nexus Planning as a Senior Planner in January 2026. She works on a range of strategic planning and reserved matters projects throughout the South of England.

Her role involves advising clients on site potential, undertaking site appraisals, managing pre-application enquiries, preparing planning applications and appeals, and supporting strategic land promotion.

Before joining Nexus, Jessica worked in development management roles within central London local authorities and on private sector projects across London and the south coast.

Her experience in both public and private sectors has given her a strong understanding of the planning process and how planning policy is interpreted and applied in practice. Jessica advises developers, land promoters, education providers and private individuals across residential, mixed-use, industrial and commercial developments.
