Adam is an Executive Director with 30 years’ professional experience advising on strategic land promotion and large-scale development projects across the UK.
Adam is one of Nexus Planning’s founding Directors. Having previously led the Reading office, he now leads the company’s Strategic Land sector nationally.
He advises a range of landowners, developers and housebuilders on strategic land projects throughout England, including housing, employment and mixed-use developments.
The Strategic Land team Adam oversees operates from each of Nexus’ five regional office hubs. The team is currently promoting more than 4,500 hectares of land for development for more than 50 developers, housebuilders and landowners.
Adam is an experienced and effective Expert Witness, having given evidence at numerous Section 78 Planning Inquiries and Local Plan Examinations. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
