Matthew is an Associate with over 10 years’ professional experience across a range of development sectors.
Matthew joined Nexus Planning in 2025 and advises clients on both town planning and Environmental Impact Assessment matters on projects nationwide.
He has considerable experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, managing complex planning applications and providing commercially focused planning advice throughout the development process.
His project experience spans regeneration, strategic residential, commercial, care and later living, infrastructure and data centre development, with a particular focus on London and the South East.
Before joining Nexus, Matthew spent almost 10 years at Cundall, working within the consultancy’s Planning and EIA specialist team. Prior to this, he gained early land and planning experience at Bellway Homes North East Division. Matthew is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and an Associate member of ISEP.
