Jonathan is an Associate with more than a decade’s experience in planning consultancy, specialising in residential and mixed-use projects.

Jonathan joined Nexus Planning in November 2023 as an Associate. He advises clients and manages projects from start to finish, working with junior colleagues and wider consultant teams to progress schemes through the planning process.

His main focus is on large residential and mixed-use sites, with particular experience managing schemes across the South West of England.

Jonathan advises on planning strategy, major planning applications, housing delivery and reserved matters. He is also involved in strategic land and regeneration projects and supports the continued growth of Nexus’ Reserved Matters sector team.

Before joining Nexus, Jonathan worked at Walsingham Planning and Ian Jewson Planning. He has advised clients including Vistry Group, Crest Nicholson and Cavanna Homes. Jonathan has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2017 and is a former member of the RTPI South West Activities Committee.
