Jess is an Assistant Planner supporting residential planning projects within the Reserved Matters and Strategic Land sectors.
Jess joined Nexus Planning in September 2025 as an Assistant Planner in the Bristol office. She works mainly on reserved matters for residential developments across southern England.
Her role includes supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications, monitoring the consultation process and engaging with local planning authorities to help secure planning permission.
Jess also assists with supplementary applications, including pre-application requests, discharge of condition applications, non-material amendments and strategic land applications.
Jess completed an MSc in Urban Planning at the University of the West of England in 2025, following her degree in Geography and Sociology from the University of Exeter. She is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
