Neha is an Assistant Town Planner with a background in architecture, urban design and international planning.

Neha joined Nexus Planning in 2025 and is based in the Manchester office. She works on a range of planning projects, assisting with planning applications, planning policy research and project coordination.

Her work includes retail and mixed-use residential schemes of varying scales, with growing experience across planning applications and development work in the North West.

Before joining Nexus, Neha completed an MSc in Urban Design and International Planning at the University of Manchester, building on an earlier Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.

Neha has a particular interest in urban analysis, spatial design and planning policy research. She also has experience using GIS and Adobe Creative Suite tools to support planning and design work, and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
