Tracy is a Planner working on retail, regeneration and housing projects for public and private sector clients across the UK.

Tracy joined Nexus Planning in 2022 as a Graduate Planner after completing an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Sheffield.

She helps deliver a range of planning work, including retail studies, town centre health checks, planning appraisals and regeneration projects, alongside major and minor planning applications.

Her experience includes advising on projects for local authorities and organisations including Manchester City Council, Trafford Council, Bury Council and Shrewsbury Hospital.

Tracy has worked on projects throughout the North West, North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions, with particular experience supporting policy-related work and evidence-led studies for local authorities. She has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since September 2025.
