Connor is an Associate specialising in strategic residential and employment development projects across the Midlands and South East.
Connor joined Nexus Planning in June 2023, having previously worked at DLP Planning Ltd. Since joining as a Planner, he has progressed to the role of Associate.
He advises developer and landowner clients on planning strategy, site promotion, planning applications and appeals, alongside the coordination of multidisciplinary consultant teams on complex development projects.
Connor’s experience includes the promotion and delivery of urban extensions, new settlements and major employment schemes through the Local Plan and development management process.
He is currently involved in a number of strategic residential and employment projects, including developments at Carterton, Daventry, Burnham and Gaydon. Connor acts for national and regional developers and strategic land promoters including Croudace Homes, Gleeson Homes, Lone Star Land, RPG Group, Mackenzie Miller Homes and Kingacre Estates Ltd.
