Stefania is an Associate with nearly a decade of experience managing residential and mixed-use development projects through the development management process.

Stefania joined Nexus Planning in December 2024. They advise clients on detailed applications, discharge of conditions, wider implementation strategies, consultant coordination and project management from pre-application engagement through to determination.

They have particular experience supporting large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, helping clients navigate complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-stage consenting processes.

Stefania regularly leads pre-application discussions with local planning authorities, undertakes stakeholder engagement and prepares reserved matters and detailed planning applications.

Before joining Nexus, Stefania worked in the private sector, advising on residential, employment and mixed-use projects across the UK. They are a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
