Andrew is a Director with extensive experience delivering complex regeneration, strategic land and infrastructure projects across the South of England and the Midlands.
Andrew joined Nexus Planning in 2013, following 10 years working in local government. He combines strategic planning expertise with detailed development management experience across a wide range of sectors.
His work includes urban extensions, new settlements, complex brownfield regeneration, tall buildings, industrial and logistics development, build-to-rent, student accommodation, hotels, education and renewable energy schemes.
Andrew advises on strategic land promotion, large-scale planning applications, Local Plan representations and development within the Green Belt, including grey belt planning matters.
Before joining Nexus, Andrew was a Principal Planner at Reading Borough Council, where he helped deliver major town centre regeneration and railway infrastructure schemes. He acts for clients including Hallam Land, Lone Star Land, Croudace Homes, Bouygues, Aroundtown SA, Kingacre Estates and BMI Group, and has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2003.
