Joseph is a Planner supporting strategic land projects throughout the South East.

Joseph joined Nexus Planning in 2025 and is based in the Reading office. He advises on strategic land projects from initial site appraisals and pre-application engagement through to planning applications, appeals and site promotion.

His role includes supporting senior colleagues and consultant teams with the preparation and coordination of planning submissions, helping to progress projects efficiently through the planning system.

Joseph’s experience includes strategic planning work, planning applications, appeals and promotions through the plan-making process.

Before joining Nexus, Joseph worked at DPDS Consulting and Parker Planning Services, where he gained experience across a range of private sector planning projects. He has advised clients including Hawridge Strategic Land, Gleeson Land, Ernest Cook Trust and CEG Land Promotions. Joseph holds an MPlan degree and is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
