Samantha is a Principal Analyst within Nexus Analytics & Research, specialising in human-centred, data-driven approaches that support projects through baseline analysis, evidence-based assessment and strategic insight.
Samantha joined Nexus Analytics & Research in January 2025. She provides analytical and research work across a range of planning and development projects, transforming complex datasets into clear spatial strategies and evidence-led insights.
Her experience spans mixed-use development, urban masterplanning, interiors and city planning projects in both the public and private sectors. Her work supports sustainable outcomes across environmental, social and economic objectives.
Prior to joining Nexus, Samantha worked at Space Syntax and held roles across architectural design, consultancy and research-led built environment projects. With a background in architectural design and data analysis, she bridges design thinking and planning insight to better understand how people use places.
Samantha has delivered planning and research studies including Education Needs Reviews, Community Infrastructure Assessments, Open Space Assessments and Later Living Assessments. She also supports stakeholder engagement through workshops, focus groups and surveys, helping clients develop informed, place-based planning strategies.
