Kathryn is a Regional Operations Executive, providing operational and administrative support across Nexus.

Kathryn joined Nexus in October 2024 as a Regional Operations Executive. Based in the Reading office, she also supports the Birmingham team and provides wider business support across the company.

Her role includes day-to-day office operations, team coordination and wider business administration, helping colleagues maintain efficient working practices across multiple teams.

Kathryn also plays an important role in fostering office culture, helping to ensure colleagues feel connected, supported and part of a positive office community.

Before joining Nexus, Kathryn held a range of office management, PA and executive assistant roles across several industries, bringing extensive experience in business support, operational coordination and administrative management.
