Overview

The redevelopment of the former Earl’s Court site is one of the largest regeneration projects in London, comprising the development of c.4,000 new homes, 2.5 million sq ft of workspace, new leisure and cultural facilities, along with a significant amount of new retail and town centre land use floorspace.

The Earl’s Court site is allocated in the RBKC and London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham development plans for mixed-use development. The site has recently been subject to planning applications for the development of the entire site-wide masterplan.
